On the board, list their ideas of how they could draw a rainbow. ![]() Students will quickly realize that they cannot draw a picture of a rainbow with only one color. Encourage students to brainstorm ideas about how they could do so. ![]() Ask students to imagine that they have each been asked to draw a picture of a rainbow. Hand out markers to the class, with each student receiving a different color.
